I know I should be watching TV or something, but the tank is now welded to the frame and I've started on the metal filler to bend it in to the frame by the seat. The oil tank is mocked up, and may be cast out of aluminum if I get the plug done in time.

Aee xs650 Seat Pan

I just can't find a premade seat that fits right, so I stunk up the shop and layed up a glass pan for the Aee chop.

Sand Cast Cleanup

Started the clean up on the parts. Hope to have the foundry fully up and running in January 2012.

Sand Cast Parts

The first parts to be pulled out of the sand. A battery box, starter plate cover, air cleaner cover and shifter.

The swingarm is modified and now fits. The AEE frame is out of the corner and starting to go together.
